Rhea Co to begin drug and alcohol treatment program
The County Commission voted Tuesday night to establish the program as an alternative to prison for certain people convicted of drug offenses. The funding for the program will come from DUI fines collected in the Rhea County Circuit and Sessions Courts. Read more on WRCB-TV
