Our jails far too overcrowded
Here we are 10 years into the 21st century and our jails across the country are overcrowded. Here in St. Louis county the jail is so full that inmates are shipped out to other counties such as Aitkin and Pine. Because of this there is talk about building an additional jail at an astronomical cost.
