Dual Diagnosis Seminar (Preview on WOW TV)

Heep Chi Association will host two seminars on Dual Diagnosis on Oct 17 and Nov. 14. This is a first seminar of its kind for the Chinese Community. Heep Chi Association supports families with members with developmental disabilities. It has just been approved as a non profit charity in the Province of Ontario.
