‘Herbal incense’ raises drug abuse concerns
Some Mid-Valley teens are using an herbal incense with synthetic forms of the active ingredient in marijuana to get high.

Police resource officer is out in Hanover Township
HANOVER TWP. – The Township Committee, in a budget cutting effort, will discontinue use of two separate police officers, one at Whippany Park High School as school resource officer and another in charge of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) for sixth graders at Memorial Junior schools, and instead use a single officer who will cover both schools.
