SB 707 Update – Held in Senate Appropriations Committee

Senate Bill 707 is held by the Senate Appropriations Committee for further consideration. California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP) proposes amendments. Counselors certified under current law will be “grandfathered” into new counselor laws.
