Hemorrhoid Treatment Center?

Has anyone ever been to the “Hemorrhoid Treatment Center” (a place that specializes in removing hemmy’s using infrared coagulation?
Is it painful? Did your insurance cover it?
I called this place and it sounds very expensive after all the follow-up visits (~ $ 5-6K total).
I have been suffering now for about 1yr and really need to do something about this, but kinda scared to go to see the Dr.
I am not really constipated and clean with prep H wipes after each movement. But, I do notice that maybe I also have internal hemmys that prevents all the BM to completely come out after I wipe. Very uncomfortable to say the least.
