DAYTON — Substance abuse among local high school students is rising, reversing a decline during much of the previous decade, according to a newly released Wright State University study.The percentage of 12th graders who reported using marijuana at least once rose to 44.1 percent in 2010, up from 39.4 percent in 2008.
