The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), part of the National Institutes of Health, along with MusiCares and the GRAMMY Foundation — the two nonprofit organizations of The Recording Academy — today announced the MusiCares and GRAMMY Foundation Teen Substance Abuse Awareness through Music Contest.
