Lawsuit alleged no-show worker breached patient confidentiality
NORFOLK  A Community Services Board employee who collected pay for 12 years without showing up for work was suspended in 1998 for revealing confidential medical information about a patient, said two sources who asked not to be identified. The sources are familiar with a police investigation.
