National addiction recovery observed this month
September is National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month, and Fremont County Commissioners, Mike Stiehl, Larry Lasha and Ed Norden officially offered a proclamation in September 2008 to raise awareness of substance use issues and recovery programs.
