On the Northside of Syracuse, The Father’s Heart Ministries is a place where many refugees and other reisdents come to celebrate their faith. Pastor James Gebhardt and his volunteers provid a place where people can come instead of being on the streets. The ministry gives out food and clothes to those on the Northside and also provides drug and alcohol counseling.
