Berwyn to consider allowing drug, alcohol rehab clinic
The Berwyn City council held a public hearing Oct. 26 regarding a planned ordinance to create a special restricted commercial district that would allow, among other things, transitional treatment facilities for individuals recovering from alcohol or narcotic drugs.
