Othello Illegal Dump Site

Here is a illegal dump site that PIE is starting a fund raiser to clean up. This is a beautiful marsh land, with lots of wild life depending on it. The water is getting poisoned by all of the refuse being dumped into it. The sponsor of the fund raiser is PIE or Permaculture Integrated Environment. We are a non profit 501(c)(3) company raising funds for a halfway house/drug rehabilitation in eastern Washington State. The goal is to break the habits that make people fail through sustainable living.
