Why market a "luxury brand" like this with a billboard in one of the poorest and most deprived areas in Europe?

An area with a massive poverty-stricken immigrant population, high levels of hate-crime against them by the indigenous, unemployment at 57%, children being brought up to see criminality as the norm and rampant drug and alcohol abuse. Additionally, the area is largely kept afloat by European Social Fund money.
