Question by bashfullyblessed: My Friend HAS BEEN “VIO~LATED”~!! “”HELP””…???!!?
..If an online company that provides like people background checks & reverse address/phone # searches & ect.(for example,’Intelius” & places like this one but NOT this company..)…If the company provides an emplyer seeking info.on someones background & the info. in regards to their “Criminal History” & that person has never ever had any type of criminal history ever, & the report on them came back with information that was in regards to a traffic infraction that was dismissed & wasn’t even a “Criminal”traffic violation just a speeding ticket that she fought in court & had dismissed. But their report came back saying that exact case number & that person was charged with a Criminal/Felony offense/Drud & Alcohol related!!!??…& It was for a fricken speeding ticket!! She even had the courts with this case # mail her a copy of it to verify this information true & correct~ …She wasn’t hired at a job she really wanted because of this. She found out about this after her interviewer showed her a copy of the background report they did on her…Wouldn’t this be grounds for her to seek an Attorney & possibly sue this company for her loss & damages this brought to her? Need some imputs here please…Thanks~ : )
The company that put this wrong information on her background report is at fault here~ I feel that they should of by law somehow made sure that ANY & ALL of what they put on ANYONES records should be EXACT!?! & If they don’t & it did this type of thing to ANYONE then THEY should be held liable for not getting the FACTS 100% correct~ Right? I mean come on now~…

the best thing is to go to the court house and get her real report and send it to the employer….they may have already hired a person for the position but at least now they will know that their provider is giving incorrect and unreliable information….and they may keep her in mind for another position.
