How to Overome an Addiciton?

Question by madstylee_ug: How to overome an addiciton?
My mind goes crazy if I don’t get this addiction. I start counting in my head, I hate it. I’ve been able to stop for about a week, then i need the addiction again, badly..and i get it. What should I do?
