Is That to Much Beer?
Question by flavor cravin: Is that to much beer?
I hardly ever drink at the most once a week maybe 4 or 5 beers.I am a woman 33 yrs old.I have been taking really good care of myself and i excersise evert day.If i were to drink at night for four days straight that about 4 beers every night is that bad?Will it make me gain weight?I like beer but like to have it once a week and no more,but since i drank the last few nights i feel like i have somehow hurt my health.Is that bad?

Yeah that’s a little much. The recomendation healthwise for alcohol is that you should at most have about a glass a night. Having 4 or 5 once a week is no big deal. Having 4 or 5 everynight would be difficult for your kidneys to process.
