Question by Sparky: What would happen if you sold fake drugs to an undercover?
If you knew they were fake but tried to pass the “drugs” off as real and started selling it to people to make some cash and end up accidentally selling it to an undercover police officer what could they charge you with? Possession? Intent to sell?

Fraud, actually. Wouldn’t carry nearly the same jail time as selling actual drugs.
