What Is Washington Doing About People Driving High Since It Is Now Legal?

Question by That guy over there: what is washington doing about people driving high since it is now legal?
i dont know of any easy to use tests that determine how “high” people are at the time, since the goal was to “regulate like alcohol” how do they prevent the most likely increase in DUIs?
i meant the fact that weed is legal not driving and smoking is, my bad :P
and what tests do “They claim”?
