Ok so at least twice every weekend (in the night) me and my friends chill. boys and girls. We do harmless pranks but stuff that do get people pissed. I believe i am addicted to this… Is this possible? I mean ok we did it this week friday, saturday, and sunday… By wednesday, i was seriously dieing telling my friends we need to do it like on a weeknight (impossible but i dont feel like going into detail) and they were like ummm dude i dont think so. Its now friday and literally my whole body is so pumped and ready for tonight. I know this sounds crazy but please take it seriously haha im actually a really normal kid in every other aspect i just love the rush so much i cant handle it. The rush being from knowing that a cop could come and try and get you, people stop and chase you, like its insane i love it so much and i cant stop. Ive already been arrested for something like this before although we do much lesser harmful pranks now because i do realize what i was doing before was dangerous and wrong. So can someone tell me exactly what this is? like is it adrenaline addiction or could i seriously just be addicted to criminal mischeif. also why? and how do i get the cravings to stop?
because like i cant… i just love it so much

Why dont you just stop cold turkey

its easy to get addicted to anything. the best way to stop an addiction is to try to get addicted to something else. take kerri katona (not sure if i spelt her name right) for an example. she was addicted to drugs so she tried to get addicted to working out instead
