How to Decide the Next Step for a Helping People Career?

I’m a mover and a shaker, I like making a difference, helping others, and staying on my feet. I’ve had a lot of experience in customer service and I graduated with my A.A in General Studies with a 3.6 GPA. I have had experience substitute teaching and volunteer at a rehab center, but I’ve got a lot of other career options, I’m wondering how I can find out which one is right for me? How can I narrow them down? I like to study so saying pick one isn’t easy! I’m kind of a tomboy and have my conceal and carry, a black belt in TKD, and patient with people.
The choices:
-Nursing
-Special Education Teacher
-Social Worker
-EMT/Paramedic
-Counselor (Drug & Alcohol)
-Law Enforcement

I want a job that would provide intrinsic value, be steady, allow independence, and a sense of helping others and being able to go to sleep at night with my husband and knowing the bills are paid!

Thank you so much, I’m a confused 23 year old, when taking career tests it says Journalism because I like to write). I have the option to get my Bachelors but I really want to learn a skill and be able to get a job with the degree/certificate I get (the A.A isn’t getting me anywhere).

Thanks again,
Blessings!
