A Postcard From GEAR – Steve Preview

In September 2008, as part of the ongoing work Postcard To Brooke, Oliver Guy-Watkins invited clients of the homeless shelter GEAR in the city of Gloucester to read Rupert Brooke’s poem Doubts to camera. After reviewing the readings Guy-Watkins returned in February 2009 to shoot a series of interviews with the readers about their own lives. This footage is being presented as a short documentary which will premier at Gloucester Guildhall on June 6th 2009, before being screened at numerous other locations.
