How a Drug Addict/Alcoholic is literally abducted witout his consent by members of the Rehabilitation Center In New Delhi,India only by gettiing a consent form signed by the Alcoholics/Addicts Parents/Guardians the video is very unclear but one can hear the screams of the person(in hindi)clearly
