We Want to Send Our Mom to Drug Rehab. She Has Medicare. How Do We Find if She Qualifies and Find a Provider?

We searched the web. What we did find is that people with Medicare can “qualify” for drug rehab. But what are the qualifications and how do we locate a rehab center close to her home that will accept Medicare? We seached the Medicare website with no luck. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
