Question by J.J.: A friend who has anger issues and is falling into depression?
Hello, it’s me again. After Dan… Daniel (I can hardly say his name without tearing up) died, Andy– his– our friend well especially Danni’s best friend hasn’t taken it so well, of course knowing him better than I. He’s falling into depression I think and taking it out on himself a lot. I don’t think he needs “professional help” I think he just needs a friend to be there since all of them are random strangers that leave him after a while on Facebook and such.
His twin Claiton right now is his main priority since his foster dad beats the crap out of him (Claiton). But I want to make ANDY my mine priority since who knows when something could go off? I think he’s bipolar I’m not sure but he’s up for a while down a while– doesn’t do drugs or anything like that. He’s 14 too. I don’t know what to do. I really don’t. He gets angry easily and shuts people out like that. He doesn’t trust me too much since I didn’t quite know him until Daniel died.
A lot of people have broken his trust. I really have no clue how to calm him down. A movie won’t work since he can hardly sit still, going to a restaurant wouldn’t work… I don’t know. I really don’t. I think his foster dad abuses him too for defending his twin (he is so protective of him). I mean it’s not just regular abuse it’s like beating him (Claiton) so hard he wishes he wouldn’t wake up the next day just to endure more abuse.
I am NOT calling the police or tell my parents since my parents don’t like to face the fact kids are abused in life and not everyone is nice (I come from a line of nice friendly cousins and aunts and uncles and the like). Andy and Clay would just be separated and I DON’T want that to happen. Andy loves his brother.
Anyway… I’m not only worried for my health because of his violent tempers but for himself. He’s hurting himself. He has to just calm down. I don’t know how to do that.

The first one is Clay when he had a skateboarding accident– that’s when his dad beat him since he got hurt and he didn’t wanna take care of or crap like that. Heartless guy.
