The employee at this hotline said “Trust me, i understand” to just about every crazy and creepy thing that came out of my mouth. You could tell he was hitting mute and laughing at “Leonard” at certain points. For 10 seconds he was completely silent. I thought he had hung up on me, but he was still there so that was the ok for me to just get weirder.
