Anybody Know of a Good “detox” Diet?

Question by andreashannon2000: Anybody know of a good “detox” diet?
I was wondering if anybody knew of any “detox” diets that can be made at home instead of buying them online? I guess I don’t really want it to lose weight, although that would be nice, but also to really clean out my body.
