I think I have it but I don’t really want to tell anyone because I don’t want medicine I show most the symptoms exept hyperactivity (I’m not running around) but I show the other symptoms

I have ADHD and I don’t use any type of meds if I want to sleep I can go to sleep and sleep just fine hopefully this helps answer your question.
