Can I Be Forced to Go to Outpatient Drug Rehab?

I already finished the once a week groups and dont have to go anymore but my mom set me up to be in the twice a week groups now. Do I have ANY say over what happens in this situation? Arent I allowed to make the decision wether i want to follow through. Im pretty sure I can but can anyone give me some HELP please?!?!?

I dont have a problem so dont answer if your just gonna tell me to stop using.
