Can iSO File Deleted After Mounted in “DVD Drive”?

Question by dude2under_world: Can iSO file deleted after mounted in “DVD Drive”?
Can iSO file deleted ? b cause my HardDrive’s Memory is getting lower..5Gb into 2.5gb?..after i mounted using “Alcohol 120%” into drive…can i delete that iSO files? Thanks a lot !!
