The brain damage is negligible if it only happened once.

Really none. One time isn’t a big deal and isn’t going to do much damage. (at most it killed a few brain cells but it’s not going to affect you) It’s frequent drinkers under the age of 25 that have a problem. The brain isn’t fully developed untill 25, so even drinking at 21 causes as much damage to the brain as drinking at 16. However like I said alcohol isn’t going to hurt you if you don’t drink often. It’s when people drink very often or chronically that they will have health issues.
