by Natalie Hill Contracts Landau Building Co. was awarded a contract from Orchard Hill Church in Franklin Park to build a 30,000-square-foot, $4 million expansion that includes a gymnasium, expanded lobby and more space for its children’s ministry. Landau Building Co. was the contractor of the original facility, built in 1989.
