Question by sweetie: Does anyone know if there are any successful dual diagnosis treatment programs?
I’m looking for sucess rates for dual diagnosis treatment programs. Statistics about relapse within one year of completing the program and what types of tratments does the program offer?
for someone with a mental disorder and substance abuse addiction.

if you define success rates as a reduction in the frequency of problems associated with substance abuse and mental illness, most programs are successful

if you define success rates as complete abstinence from mood altering substances and solution of all behaviors associated with mental illness, most programs fail
