Question by jon0662: Does anyone know of a mutual support group for people with Biolar disorder. Possably a 12 step BiPolar group?
My sons mom is Bi Polar and functions well on her meds.She is in fact a Teacher.In relapse she is completely delusional.She has been up to 4 years without relapse…
My belief is she needs to heal with others battling the same demon.Like a 12 step recovery(with meds).
What do you think???

i attend a group twice weekly its called hearing and healing voices. it is a teared course starting at the basics and building from there!!! we r on week 5 and it helps me!!! i found out and was sent on it through the local hospital!!! grimsby !!!! lincolnshire!!!! we r lucky to have this but dont know of anymore in the country!!! good luck and best wishes to both your self and your sons mum !!

They have info on bipolar and links to many organisations that you could get some info and maybe find some groups in your local area.
