Doreen Virtue is a spiritual doctor with BA, MA, and PhD degrees in counselling and psychology. She is also a lifelong clairvoyant and fourth-generation metaphysician who works mainly with the angelic realm.
Doreen founded the WomanKind Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, a female psychiatric hospital that specialises in treating women’s psychological issues. Doreen also ran three psychiatric centres for outpatients, which included an adolescent drug and alcohol abuse centre.
Doreen is a natural clairvoyant and as a child, she regularly heard voices and saw invisible friends. However, Doreen’s gift caused her to be bullied at school, so she soon learned to deny her psychic abilities.

Doreen has appeared on TV shows such as Oprah, Good Morning America, The View and CNN to discuss Angel therapy and guidance. She has also appeared on countless radio shows and writes regular columns on angels for Woman’s World, New Age Retailer and Spirit and Destiny. In addition to this, she has also written her own Archangels and Ascended Masters oracle cards, as well as penning more than 20 best-selling books on angels, chakras, health and diet, including the popular titles Healing with the Angels and Messages from your Angels.
