Drug abuse talk and take-back ALBANY — A panel of experts will discuss the dangers of misusing prescription drugs at a town hall-style meeting Thursday at Albany College of Pharmacy. Speakers include John McDonald, a legislator and pharmacist, Albany County Stop DWI Coordinator Denis Foley, faculty from the pharmacy school and officials from Addiction Care Center of Albany.
