Question by Harper: If I disagree with something, why am I considered a “Hater”?
I disagree with “Cheating”..my dad cheated on my mom, He is still my dad. and I love him.
I disagree with “Abortion”..a few of my best friends had them.. they are still my friends. and I love them.
I disagree with “Drug Abusing”.. Tons of my friends were/are..
still my friends. I love them.
So why when I say, that I disagree with “Homosexuality”..I am considered a hater?or a “Phobic”?..can’t I just disagree with you?..or If I do not agree with everything you do, I automatically hate what I dont agree with?….
I have homosexual friends as well..I dont agree with it. but I still love my friends..
Thanks Jeff…I was merly stating the things that “I” disagree with..NOT comparing them, but some of the things that I could think of off the top of my head…ok, to make you feel better, I dont agree with hunting…are you appeased?
so i am not allowed still to have my “own” opinion on things?…
you cant ever please everyone, it just doesnt work..
and it IS a choice to ACT on it.
Miss Zero, I do NOT agree with ANYONE being harmed in any way.. I too think that hurting someone b/c of their orientation is wrong.. that s what i am saying just because I disagree with it, i get lumped in with all the people that DO agree with the hurt…
i am NOT going to alter my beleif to say that I am “sorry” that I think that Homosexuality is a choice. It IS a sin and anyone that says it isnt, is just sugar coating and dancing around the issue, because they want to fit in to this culture. I do NOT think being black or asian is a sin, people are beautiful..the way they were born…you are NOT born gay..Ig God stated this was a sin, then why would he make some people at an extra disadvantage?
