WASHINGTON, May 21 (BERNAMA-NNN- MERCOPRESS) — Secretary General of the Organisation of American States (OAS), Jose Miguel Insulza presented on Monday a report on drug abuse in the Americas to members of the OAS Permanent Council, in a special meeting of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD).
