Three first time offenders in the criminal justice system were placed in Carbon County’s Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) probation program on Thursday by Senior Judge Richard W. Webb.

I have a friend who has finally agreed to attend rehab. I want to send her this week to an extended inpatient program. Prefer christian based, but it’s not vital. Also prefer warm weather climate.
