Greenville police arrested man wanted on heroin charges Wednesday after a tip from CrimeStoppers indicated he was at Walmart, a news release said. Officers were called to Walmart about 6:25 p.m. after a report that Jeffery Paul Morning, 45, of Greenville was in the area.
