22-year-old man sentenced to rehab at Anthony Center
— Alexander Jarrell, 22, pleaded guilty in Raleigh County Circuit Court Thursday to burglary, grand larceny, breaking and entering and uttering, according to Raleigh County Prosecuting Attorney Kristen Keller.
