Food Craving/Addiction?

Question by geoffrey b: Food Craving/Addiction?
Hello. I am currently 16 years old and in 10th grade. I weigh 171 pounds and am 5’5. I find myself eating constantly. I could be eating my dinner, and in the next hour, be very hungry. I workout daily (cardio and Weight lifting) but the reason I am not in the shape I feel I should be in is because of this “addiction” to food. I have the will power to turn drugs and alcohol but unfortunatly not food. It sounds silly but it is preventing me from achieving a great body. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. My question is why am I so hungry? And what can I do to supress my cravings?

I was also wondering if it was because of my medications..
I am currently taking:
Focalin
Concerta
Abilify
Celexa
Nuraton

Thank you so much!

You could do a word search on each of your meds to see if they cause you to be hungry. Then, if they do not you should mention this to your doctor, there might be something else he should check???
