Former State Rep. LaGrotta In Extended Rehab
A former lawmaker from the Pittsburgh area is now too distressed to defend himself against more criminal charges.  Frank LaGrotta, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, was supposed to appear at a preliminary hearing Friday morning.
