For my AP English class I need to read a memoir or autobiography. Something on a tough childhood or child abuse or self manipulation, etc. in that genre
What are some good ones similiar to “A Child Called It” and “The Glass Castle” or “Couldn’t Keep it to Myself”?

Angela’s Ashes by Frank McCourt is one of the best memoirs of a harrowing childhood out there.
Anything by Torey Hayden covers a range of child abuse issues.
