Help Me.. He Is Addicted to Pain Medication?

Ok, this is the story. “Person A” is really addicted to a certain pain medication. “Person B” sells the pain medication to “Person A.” They are both good friends. “Person B” says he wants “Person A” to stop taking the pills, yet he sells them to “Person A.” “Person B” says that if he doesn’t sell it to “Person A,” then “Person A” will go look for the drug somewhere else, somewhere that is possibly dangerous. So “Person B” continues to sell it to “Person A,” fearing that he could get hurt/robbed if he tries to get it somewhere else. (its happened before to Person A.)

What do you think is a good way to help these people?

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do unless Person “A” wants to stop. They will when they are ready, hopefully, sooner than later.
