Question by hey_littlesister: He’s suing me for theft from prison out of revenge. need help!!?
My ex and I were buying a home together, but he turned into a giant piece of garbage. Did drugs…in prison on meth charges. He was also legally removed from the home when he got violent and threw a jack stand thru my doorwall and shattered it. He had two weeks to remove all of his crap while I was on vacation, and chose not to. He left the place trashed. sent me four letters well over a year ago saying it was okay to sell his stuff. I quit taking his phone calls from jail, and now he sent a letter, saying he takes those words back, and a certified letter from his mommy with a list of all the things they want back, by Saturday, or they will pursue theft charges. He is even asking for the kids wii!! What a jerk. Anyone have any advice? Also, I would like to get his parental rights removed (four meth charges but I didn’t lose mine so he still has his-not right) I cannot afford a lawyer, and legal aid refuses to see me because of “Absence of physical abuse” please help me!!

Go to legal aid and show them the letter saying that you can sell his stuff. I’m sure that they will sympathise with you.
