I Have No Motivation to Do ANYTHING?
Question by Emma….: I have no motivation to do ANYTHING?
It makes me think I should probably just kill myself. I’m one of those useless human beings that do not contribute anything to society.
Help?

motivation comes from you. you have to set a goal to do something then try to achieve it. killing yourself is never the right way out.

No one is useless. Everyone does something importent at some point in there life. It cam be small like helping somebody or it can be big like becoming a president. But its all thse small things that make the big things possible.
I used to feel the same as you. I was suicidal at the age of ten. I felt like nothing i did helped. Like every one of me actions was another bad thing i had done to ruin the world.
but this is how i snapped out of it.
First i realised ( when i saw a kid that had it worst of then me being happy) That maybe if i wasnt so engulfed in my miserie I would find happiness.
Guess what i did after a week of making myself be happy i started laughing and smilimg again I made friends. And they were there for me.
I stopped caring weather i did something or not i let life go. And i took the choices i felt were right. And now i help my phychiatrist at school and i have helped students feel better about themself. I volunteer. And i have a good time with my friends.
My message is just dont try to do something. if you make the right choices life is going to get better and one dqy without even knowing it your going to do something that will change the life of somebody else.
PS: dont kill yourself I know yoou feel like knobody would care. But i bet you somepeople will and by making them sad you might make them do bad things. And then your death has the opposite affect you wanted it to have.
