im 18 turning 19 in april. he just turned 13-mrch 7. he lives with my mom and older brother. they both smoke crack & sniff cocaine. my older brother beats on my little brother from time to time. and my mom abuses him physically, verbally, & emotionally. my mom has tried to get my little to smoke marijuana, hes told me she has passed him pipes to smoke he refuses and she gets angry she tells him it’ll calm him down and help him sleep (he’s a hyperactive boy) but that shouldnt matter hes just a little kid. they dont feed him hes gotten so skinny :'( my mom isnt talking to me right now because i fought for my sister father (who is 12) to get custody of her and he actually did! so i know right now she wouldnt agree to me keeping him or anything. i live w/ my boyfriend he and i both have jobs and cars! my mom is a convicted felon and my older brother is a schizophrenic, and with all the drugs he abuses, he’s fried. please i need advice i want my baby brother with ME. i cook clean i make sure he gets up for school. i wash his clothes. my mom hasnt washed his clothes in a month. and when she does she does it in the bath tub….. please help i need advice… he also told me hes willing to speak up to who ever about whats going on.

i know i know !! ive tried before ! my mom somehow manages to win i just dont want it to happen again because ill be heart broken! i dont know how she’s gotten away with everything for so many years

Call child protective services. Your mother already admitted to trying to get your little bro to smoke mary jane so that’s definitely enough to get him out and safely into your hands.
