Question by c?l?? y?u? ???lD: I’m going to see my regular doctor; what should I tell her?
I asked my mom to let me see a psychologist because I think I may have social anxiety or depression or something and I really need to talk to someone but she wasn’t so sure about it so I asked to see my General practitioner instead and she agreed to that.
I just don’t know what I’m going to tell her when I go. How do I tell her everything I’m feeling? Do I ask to be evaluated for a mental disorder? Thanks.

If you have a good GP, they should be able to direct you to the Dr that will get you fixed up well.
