Inpatient Rehabilitation at Excela Health Helps Patients Regain Independence

Barclay Inpatient Rehabilitation is part of Excela Health’s Center for Neuroscience located at Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe PA. Here, we work to makes activities of daily living possible again for people with limited mobility or diminished stregnth after sugery, stroke or injury. Each rehab program is designed to meet specific needs. Unlike many skilled nursing facilities, patients get three hours of intensive rehabilitation each day, at least five days a week, with services directed by a physiatrist (a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation). We also offer family training, an Activities of Daily Living Suite, Neighborhood Way, Music and Pet Therapy, Picture Me Healthy and a Stroke Support Group. For more information call 724-420-6618.
